Yes, again assuming it is final. On guardianship, there may be important issues for appeal if there are legal errors in the appointment of the guardian, the timesharing plan, the type of guardianship that was awarded to the child or other errors of that type. As for adoption, if there are legal errors in the judgment such as evidence that the father did not abandon the child, the father may have paternity rights that were violated.
