8. What types of appeals does Easley Appellate prosecute and defend? 

Easley Appellate is board certified by The Florida Bar in appellate practice. So, we are qualified to handle and do handle appeals in civil, administrative and criminal areas, in both state and federal appellate courts. 

We prosecute as appellants and defend as appellees these appeals and trial litigation support in the following general areas of law: complex contract appeals and litigation support, family law appeals and litigation support, trademarks and copyright and litigation support, insurance coverage appeals and litigation support, administrative, and criminal law, and appeals and litigation support that involve the interpretation of statutes, contracts, or other important text.
